Careers
Build AI that does real work.
Engineers first, AI-native by design. We're a small, senior team putting frontier AI into production for real companies. No slide decks. No science projects. If you want to build things that work, we should talk.
Why AppStream
Built for people who ship. Not playing startup.
Production AI
Your work goes live: agents, knowledge systems, and enterprise platforms used by real people in healthcare, finance, and field service.
Senior team
Work alongside experienced engineers, architects, and AI specialists. Everyone here ships. Everyone here teaches.
Own your work
Concept to deployment, it’s yours. No micromanagement, no committees. We trust you to deliver excellent work your way.
Our stack
C#, .NET, Azure, SQL, React, TypeScript, Next.js. We build across Azure, AWS, and Anthropic with modern AI tooling throughout.
Remote-first
Work from anywhere. Great talent isn’t limited by geography. Our team spans time zones, united by what we ship.
Grow fast
Learning budget, conferences, certifications, and mentorship. A small team means you touch everything and level up quickly.
